About the Founders

We are a brother and sister duo who grew up with a dream to express our creativity through design, photography and film. Growing up in Jackson Heights greatly influenced us and our passion to rise to the occasion as artists. 82nd Rising is an homage to our neighborhood built on diversity and small businesses. Sharing our passion and pouring it into our clients through their projects is a just a small way to give back and continue the legacy of our beautiful community.


  • Founder, Lead Designer

    Growing up, I always loved sketching and story telling. They were my main hobbies and naturally led me to practice many creative mediums.

    My curiosity brought me to study fashion design in the heart of Chelsea. Studying in Manhattan throughout my high school years strongly influenced me to explore creativity beyond fabric. I soon learned the endless possibilities Graphic Design had to offer and never looked back.

    After earning my BFA, I have dipped my toes designing for various industries. I have experience in fine art, real estate, beauty, finance and health care.

    It has now been 10 years doing what I love. After all these experiences, I am excited to work with you under the biggest project of my life so far...82nd Rising.

  • Founder, Lead Photographer

    Born and raised under the 7-train in Jackson Heights, Queens. I've been immersed in a vibrant environment that has deeply influenced my passion for visual mediums. A lifelong appreciator of cinema, idolizing the films of Lucas, Lynch, Scott, Snyder and others. I find beauty in the contrast of light and shadow, much like the contrasts that define my own neighborhood.

    Violent seltzer water is my drink of choice, a reflection of my personality—bold, bubbly, and always with a bit of a kick. Whether it’s crafting narratives that challenge conventional thinking or simply finding new ways to tell a good story, I’m constantly on the lookout for inspiration in the everyday and the extraordinary.
